A Bible Based Holiday Club
Do I have to register my child for all 5 days?
We encourage children to come every day, as there themes and challenges that run across the five days, but we understand this is not always possible. There is a section in the registration form where you can indicate which days you’d like to register for.
How and when do I pay?
Due to the increasing popularity of our holiday club, payment will be needed in order for registration to be confirmed. Our bank account number is 02-0120-0148165-00. Please use ‘Hol Club’ and your child’s name and surname as the reference.
When you complete the registration form you will receive an email which will include the bank account number to use for online payment.
What's your refund policy?
We will provide a full refund if you need to cancel your registration up to two weeks before Holiday Club starts. This means the final date to cancel by will be Friday 14th September. Unfortunately after that we will not be able to offer any refund. If you need to cancel your registration please get in touch with the church office via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does my child need to bring any food with them?
No. We’ll provide a small snack and a drink for morning tea. It is a good idea to send a drink bottle as they get thirsty during the games and dancing. Please make sure drink bottles are named.
What do you mean by 'bible-based' holiday club?
Our theme for the week is based on a biblical concept. This year our theme is ‘The Greatest Show on Earth’ and we’ll be exploring stories that demonstrate how Jesus’ life on earth showed God’s love for us.
What is the dress up theme this year?
We haven’t finalised our team names yet, but since our main theme is carnival/fairground based, we’ll be looking for fun, fairground themed dress ups. They can also dress up in their team colours (either red or blue) which they will find out on day 1. Dressing up is optional, but team points are awarded for any efforts, even small ones.
